Titan went to the Rainbow Bridge last week after many years as my service dog and 24x7 companion. He was a hard worker and ready to do whatever I asked whenever I asked and will truely be missed. Titan helped through some tough times when Helen, my wife had serious health problems that eventually were resolved with her getting a transplant. Without his assistance I would not have been able to tend to my wife's needs during those tough times. He has the honor of being the first service dog that was able to go into the ICU at University Hospital in Denver while Helen was there. He also worked as a therapy dog bringing some smiles to folks in the transplant ward at the hospital.
Titan traveled tens of thousands of miles with me servicing our network and software clients, going to conferences, and doing our daily work like grocery shopping and chores. He probably pulled me half of that distance.
As one of the slide show photo's shows, he also helped me to train Lex who is now trying to fill Titan's shoes.
I have to believe he is still watching over me, and helping keep Lex in line as Lex begins his journey of being my full time service dog.
