I've used Midwest crates for the past few years. They have consistently high-quality materials, and are well-built. My only gripe is the plastic floor pan. It cracks too easily.

I am very happy with the two 48" Midwest Life Stages (dbl door) dog crates. The dogs love their new "homes" and the product is everything it says it is. I certainly want to recommend this product to every dog owner. The crates are very easy to unfold and set up. They are big but so are our dogs (Beaucerons). Would not be able to fit these crates in my car but that is not a problem as the dogs are used to (long) drives since they were puppies and it is not necessary to have hem in a crate. The dogs are in them every day. It's their "home" in our home. Only at night we close the doors in case they decide to chew on something fun (being under 2 yrs at times their puppy behaviour returns). Great value! Certainly a "best buy"!!

Bought this for my beagle mix, and it's a great crate. The size is just right for him (he's 35 - 40 pounds). It is also nice to have doors on both the end and the side of the crate, making it easier to fit in the house in numerous places.

We borrowed a crate from a friend, but our 10 month old puppy out-grew the crate. The new Midwest crate is great. I did not think I needed two doors, but when I set it up I realized it would be best against a wall and now we use the door on the long side! Also the crate arrived days ahead of estimated delivery date.

Bought this crate for my 55 pound field lab. The crate gives plenty of room for laying and standing. The 2 doors offer a nice option. I recommend this crate.
