Our older dog broke this muzzle the first time out with it. He saw another dog and started barking and the muzzle broke. Our younger dog broke the muzzle after about a week. I'm not bothering to send it back because I don't want to pay for postage.

As long as I got the super saver free shipping - this was a great value. Same quality muzzle at pet store in town was $12.95. I sure feel for those people who don't know enough to shop on Amazon.
