bought two sets, one for each car...didn't fit the mid sized car to well, but we definately got our money worth and are very happy the company

1. It was hard to get the covers on. I had to cut the openings to get it over the headrest.
2. The fit isn't snug at all, especially in the back.
3. I believe the company is being unscrupulous for 2 reasons. First they told me they were unhappy with my review. Then when I did go back to update my review, it had disappeared, making me believe they deleted the listing and created a new one or something like this. Second, after my negative review posted, a second review showed up and the timing was amazing that it showed up right after my unfavorable review. I truly believe it was posted by someone in the company.
One thing I will give them is they responded to my emails in a timely fashion.
