Seller does not accept products opened. How is one supposed to know what is in the box, let alone the quality of the product? If you purchase with good faith, you must accept that you are stuck with the product if you are not satisfied with the quality!
The product has flimsy straps that do not secure it properly. Perhaps for someone who weighs under 50 pounds. Not many drivers are in that weight range. I only weigh 135.
All it does is vibrate which made my legs and back feel itchy. I tested it out in the car and promptly put it back in the box with the intent to return it.
To ATTEMPT to return I had to go to their website. I was instructed to write an email requesting an approval number to approve the return. Then I had to download the return slip to fill out. I discovered then that they do not accept returns on opened packages!
My advice is to not use this seller but go to a store and see similar products available. I've seen similar products for less of similar or better quality.
I've been shopping on Amazon for over 11 years. I've never had a bad experience until I purchased from this seller.
Why does Amazon have a seller that does not stand behind its products?
Buy a similar product at a store, don't risk buying something and being stuck with it if you're not happy with the quality.

I bought this for use in my car, and am disappointed by 3 things. First, the way you inflate the lumbar bladder is by pumping a small area in the front of the seat. This itself is OK, but the valve that releases air to deflate is also in the front of the seat and off a little to the side. All the while I'm driving, this valve is digging into my thigh--VERY annoying. Second, the lumbar bladder is located too low for my liking (and my back problems). Third, there are metal things (maybe for the massage or heat) that also dig into me, especially when I move my foot from the accelerator to the brake. A thumbs up to the massage, though. Very nice. I haven't tried the heat yet.

Ordered 23FEB09, and received on 26FEB09; extremely fast shipping.
As I write this, I'm sitting on the seat massager, which is currently attached to my computer chair. The set-up was very simple, and beyond basic. I read about some not knowing how to change the adaptor from auto to home- and I cannot figure out for the life of me why those could not figure it out. You simply unplug the car adaptor, and plug the A/C adaptor in where the car adaptor came out.
The settings are great, and with a heat setting (which I'm currently using) it really feels nice. I cannot wait to take a long trip with this in my car, because I think the seat position will be even better.
Would highly recommend this product, and will purchase from the seller again in the future.

I have been trying to find an affordable cushion for my Dad who has Parkinsons, that would massage his thighs. I am concerned with pressure points as he either sits or lies down. I have to say that this is a wonderful product. If it performs as it is now doing, I am very satisfied. The only problem I had with it, is that there were no instructions in the box and it had 2 cords with it. The car adapter was connected, but I wanted the in home chair connector. I just about NEVER found out how to connect the in home chair connector. I thought maybe it connected in the zipper section on the back and when I tried to unzip it, the pull piece came off in my hand (no big deal). I kept trying to unzip it and could never get it unzipped. I finally found that there is a disconnect on the car adapter cord and you just replace the car one with the in home connector. I tried it myself and it was pretty great. It also has a 30 minute shutoff which is a great asset also. I can now put it in my Dad's chair (as the first reviewer said, it is not in the way or cumbersome where you want it out when not in use) and when I want to massage his legs and back, I just turn it on, select which areas and intensity and walk away. And I do not have to worry about not turning it off. After 30 minutes, it turns off. Thanks for a great, affordable product. Dianna W....

This is a great product that fits equally well in your car as it does on your favorite chair at home. It has an inflatable lumbar section to take up just the right amount of room to fit the "small" curve in your back and the heat feels fabulous when it's cold and if your muscles are fatigued from a hard day's work. The massage function has three separate areas for varying degrees of massage in each. You decide what to turn on and to what degree in each area. Same with the heat, it's all your decision. I find it a wonderfully comfortable cushion with nothing turned on and that's a great feeling. You never have the sensation that you just don't want it under you if it's not in use for heat or massage. The controller has its own pocket sewn in to the side of the cushion so it's out of your way after you set it. It also comes with a car adapter as well as an AC-DC plug for home use.
