The main problem of the cushion is that the foam does not hold up. I had this cushion for about a month and it is almost completely flat. The foam does not last very long. Don't buy this cushion if you want a good-quality cushion that will last a long time.

This is the second of these cushions I have used in my car. The last one lasted 5 years and the only reason I have replaced it is because the zipper will no longer close and the pad keeps slidding out. The old one kept it's shape right up until I replaced it with this new one.

I recently had a fall which injured my neck however it also affected my lower back. Sitting for long periods of time has become uncomfortable and painful. However the ortho wedge cushion has relieved the pain and I can sit for a long time and not have any pain when i get up. I will buying two more of these so I can have one at home and in the car.

Came as promised, works well for a shorty in a big car. Very comfortable. Don't know how I did without it. Would not consider driving without it now.
